I think I didn’t get it.
This was a fairly average performance of a fairly normal play. It seemed like we were expected to get more out of the experience. Based on the other audience members in the room and the other reviews, it seems like I’m missing the thing that makes this a great experience. I assume it would be better if you are already a fan of Goof Goof or if you go into it looking for something normal and non-fringey. They definitely built up expectations for an out-of-the-box experience during their pre-show but the show itself was very normal and I’m not sure why that’s so notable/exciting
