Company: BONS TEMPOS THEATRE COMPANY
Show: Atlanta Burning Sherman's Shadows
Venue: Theatre in the Round
Compelling production
Jay Nickerson is captivating to watch on stage on Sherman, and this show is a great look into some complicated history. It's a more meditative, very dialogue-driven show, which is good to know going in.

Great send up of online dating world
Some very funny moments and good songwriting. Not groundbreaking but definitely enjoyable.

Left me feeling feminist AF
This was a great show reflecting and examining women in the Bible and issues that we still deal with today. The cast worked so well together as an ensemble, and I left feeling powerful.
Company: Hit the Lights! Theater Co.
Show: WHALES
Venue: Ritz Theater Mainstage
Riotous fun!
This show is hard to explain, but that's part of what makes it so fun! Great shadow puppet work, hard-rocking music, and a kickass whaling crew you'll want to spend more time with after the show is over.
Company: The Winding Sheet Outfit
Show: Blood Nocturne
Venue: Southern Theater
Great staging
Great acting, staging, and music. The plotting felt a little disjointed though, and the story didn’t always emotionally resonant for me.
Company: Tom Reed
Show: Gunplay!
Venue: Mixed Blood Theatre
Scaringly funny
A great all-around production and a plot that seems only inches from being a reality. A hilarious critique of today’s gun culture combined with a rom-com.
