Clowning around!
This show started so strong and had so much promise, which unfortunately flew off the rails towards the half way mark. The performers were ultra committed and gave great performances. My biggest issue was with the writing and direction. This show had so many moments that were trying to be self aware, but fell flat for me, for example, the feminist cheerleader had so many jokes that could have been real, and relatable, but read like the writing was making of the issues that archetype brought up (most of these references were about the trans experience and sexism). The end attempted to make a statement about racism, but didn’t. There was also some uncomfortable, and borderline sexual assult-y moments where a boy in this show gets a girl drunk so he can have sex with her. I would love to see more of the gold from the beginning, and less of the problematic of the end from these actors.

You camp miss this show!!
Dazed, Dazzled, and Delirious! This fast paced show is filled with pop culture references, and jokes that I never saw coming! A delightful show that you. can. not. miss.

Apologetically Apologetic
The concept of this show is pretty interesting and thought provoking alone. This show could have raised a lot of questions about what apologies we should accept, and who we should accept them from, but instead read like a vague statement wrapped in an underdeveloped delivery. Overall I just wish this show was less surface level, as I really REALLY wanted to like it, but every time I found myself slightly invested, the stakes and intentions were both nowhere to be found.
