very worth seeing!
I was skeptical as this piece began; it seemed more lecture than performance. But I was rapidly drawn in as Sean McArdle (very accomplished “theater prop guy”) drew on his personal life, professional experience, and research on guns and gun regulation in the US to craft a compelling discussion of how we got to our current moment of guns, violence, and determinedly opposing opinions. The skillful combination of words and images offers a reasonable and emotionally convincing intervention in our national debates. I hope this piece goes on to have public performances beyond the Fringe world. Very worth seeing.
