Fresh, fun and it's about time.
This production holds together so well with good writing, good performances from all, and that sprinkling of fresh and zany treatment of the serious problem of women's confinement and erasure in Biblical texts. Realer and fuller portraits of Biblical women are drawn by this cast as they bring the women and their lives into our own time, and immerse them in women's concerns today. The cast has great synergy. We left uplifted and appreciative.
