Energetic and Educational
Talk about your immersive theater experiences! From the moment we entered the theater I was completely engaged. I hadn't had any experience with this company before so I had no expectations - but this might be my new favorite Fringe show. The music was alternatively moody and atmospheric, and raucous drinking songs. I learned SO MUCH about whaling! Totally fascinating. The shadow puppetry was brilliantly performed and absolutely blew me away. I enjoyed every moment of this show.

Lovely Adventure in Wonderland
This was a charming show, all around. Each performer brought something unique to the character, and it was a lovely story to follow. I appreciated the slightly dreamlike quality to everything. A refreshing new perspective on a familiar story. I particularly loved the white queen's moments about the jam.

Great music and talent, but bizarre script
The music was fun and well-performed, and the actors were all talented. I particularly enjoyed the performances of The Mogul and The Newsie. There was a lot of good potential here. Unfortunately, the script was tonally a complete mess. The reason a show like this would be interesting is because it deals with serious events that really happened; even as a musical comedy, this could have been insightful, but insight was given up for purely dark humor. (Spoiler) I was completely taken out of the show when, in the very first scene, a character is brutally stabbed and dies offstage, and it's completely irrelevant to the plot. The scene carried on, but I just couldn't focus on anything but the fake blood. An unfunny, and sadly pointless show.

Fantastic Farce!
This was a fabulously funny show! Absolutely terrific cast, everyone worked really well together, with Viney and Walt being particularly charming. I loved the whole play, especially the (heartfelt and satisfying!) ending.

This was a crazy-fun show!! What an incredible performance! Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Jamie is an amazing singer and storyteller. There are moments of pure delight in this, and also moments that made my heart ache. I would recommend this show to anyone who loves women, and who loves women embracing their sexuality. If those things make you uncomfortable, then yeah, maybe don't come to this show - or better yet, do, because you might learn something.
