Yes, This is Experimental
The Fringe is about trying something new -- to use the space provided to have a voice. This company did just that. Although the narrative felt muddled and unfocused, Gebhard's prowess with choreography and performative technique made for an innovative experience.

This is ACTING
I do have some issues with the script and story, but I have to say that this production is beautifully acted, in particular to Victoria Pyan. See this production and support truly talented locals.

Beautiful Work
Although I have differences of opinions on the choices made by the company, I found the whole ensemble to have worked together beautifully. Their performance was also fantastically well executed which is something that, sadly, is not as common as it should be. They took a risk and tried something different and new; that is so wonderful to see at the Fringe.

This is Why We Have the Fringe
All the stars to this show. Amber has once again created a charming and smart production perfectly bespoke for our Fringe Festival. This multi-talented ensemble creatively created a poignant, dark, and important story that was oozing with passion. Although I times I thought the script had one too many conventions, this work is what all Fringe shows should strive to be. Remélem, jövőre találkozunk!

Not Their Best
I love Couple's Fight but this year was not their best. The musical genre is hard and they all did their best. Kudos to Keith Hovis for composing a wide range of music though! If you are a CF fan then this show is for you.

It Was What It Was
Overall, yes this show had it's funny moments. Did I catch them all even though I am of this most current generation? No, there were many, many that I missed. To me, the playwright tried to transplant Bert V. Royal's brilliant and poignant show God Sees Dog and graft it into this different mold. Sadly, to me, the surgery was not successful.

Delightful Performance
Overall, a delightful show to start my Fringing. I found the script to be sold -- funny and charming -- but needs more than an hour long to truly tell their stories. Because of the haste, I felt the character development was lacking which in turn made the story seem weak.
