Breathing into the hidden energy
I came to see Enough with my husband and nephew and his friend. It was powerful to be there with these young men who sat with such focused energy and took it all in. For me each dance helped me to breath and to access an experience that was powerfully under the surface. And I wondered what it all felt like for them. My only sadness was that it ended so quickly. I encourage folks to come to a longer "One Dance Company" show the next time.
