Haunting and Powerful

This is by far the most polished production of the festival, but also one of the most deeply moving; filled with moments of creeping horror and humanity. The peformances of the leads are electrifying in their intensity, and the presence and outstanding quality of the band and it's musicians only add to this timely presentation of an incredibly disturbing, anti-utopian work. The director also takes what is an extremely difficult text, filled with seeming absurities, and in concert with this unbelievably talented cast, imbues each line with un-ironic gravity and terrifying clarity. A superb show.
