Timely message with classic delivery
My husband and I went to watch Titus and were both very impressed. The subject matter was intense, as this rendition chose to focus on the victim of sexual assault. The choreography, from the opening number, through the end, were well done and the ballet that was incorporated was well timed and executed. Musical accents highlighted the drama and kept the audience glued to the performance. Do not miss this show. Despite not being familiar with this Shakespearean tragedy, any audience will be pulled in by the theatrics, lighting and action. Even the breaths were incorporated into the piece. It will leave a haunting message of victimization, power and revenge.
