A powerful show by powerful women
This is the show we need right now. One Dance shares their stories through dance on what it's like to be a woman in the world today. They articulate the societal challenges that women face, but they go so much deeper than that. They also make you feel the power that woman have, the fury that women feel, the friendships that women make, and the growth that comes along with it all. Additionally, you can tell that the company dancers are very close to each other on a deep personal level through their movements and also just by the very nature of the show and the implicit trust and honesty that goes along with producing this type of art. She Says Enough is relatable (for both women and men), invigorating, and refreshing. Make sure to put this one on your list early - it sold out the night I went.
