Minnesota Fringe is seeking Board Members!
The Board of Directors meets 6 times a year and all members serve on committees to help further organizational goals. Members typically devote 5-10 hours per month for board activities and meetings. Trustees also ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements while enforcing ethical guidelines. Regular opportunities for board governance and financial management training is provided to ensure all members feel confident in their role. Interest parties can fill out our interest form online and a member of the Governance Committee will contact you.
