Interesting history, well told
The show is essentially a history lesson, but quite interesting. The actors are very good, and it would be a good show to see if you're into the Civil War.
Company: Wayward Theatre Company
Show: Far Away by Caryl Churchill
Venue: Rarig Center Arena
Good production
This was well produced and acted - I like the amount of work that went into it. I'm not a big fan of the script, but that's my personal taste. If you like creepy dystopian stuff, go see it.
Company: Sidecar Theatre
Show: Summers in Prague

Very well done
This is the kind of show I go to the Fringe to see. Actors on the stage speaking well written lines with excellent direction. Nothing "fringey". Highly recommend.
Company: The Band Group
Show: TITUS: Sweet Water, Silent Walks
Venue: Rarig Center Thrust
Very interesting
This is a movement show wrapped around Shakespeare. I wish I had refreshed my memory of Titus beforehand, but it didn't really matter. The movement was well done and compelling. The actors did fine with the language. It kept my interest throughout.
Company: OverLaugh Productions
Show: YOUNGBLOOD IN THE DESERT/GATEWAY DRUG
Venue: Rarig Center Arena
Pretty good, stoners are better than knights
I enjoyed both plays, but the stoner one was better, with a bit more depth and clarity. The actors were good. There's laughs, but there's more to it.
Company: Berlin Productions
Show: I Never Knock
Venue: Augsburg Mainstage
Terrible
Poorly written, directed and acted. At 27 minutes, it's 25 too long. Avoid like the plague.
Company: Custer & Schmidt
Show: Our Best Life
Venue: Rarig Center Thrust
Disorganized, but with laughs
It was a bit disorganized, but in her defense, it was supposed to be a 2 person show, but her partner bailed at the last minute. However, Shannon is a very funny woman, so there's plenty to enjoy. Good if you're in the neighborhood.
Company: Jamie Shriner Tells Stories
Show: Wife Material
Venue: Augsburg Studio
Good writing
An OK show with good writing and songs. Her singing voice is a bit weak, and too much sharing for my taste. I appreciate the work that went into the show.
