Beautiful concept and a lot of talent.
This show is one that takes you through a whole range emotions, but the simplistic message rings true. I did find myself trying to interpret too details to be narrative, when sometimes I think the dancers just wanted you to take in the raw emotion of the dance and take in the bigger picture! These ladies danced their hearts out. There was not a dancer that did not put their whole being into the dance. I longed for the narrator to speak a little more and a little louder. I think the piece could have been condensed a bit as I found myself searching for the ending sooner than it came I also longed for the pacing of the dance to be flowing with the music, there we points that the dancers were dancing through silence...not sure it was supposed to be a statement or for the music to never stop. The message of hope and light was beautiful, I would recommend this if you're looking for a dance show that draws out raw emotion, as i did leave with a tear or two in my eye, because the story brought me to hope. Thanks Pappafully Designed for this beautiful work!

Clever.
I actually found myself at this show due to knowing an old friend connected to the show. I wasn't expecting this kind of show from that friend. That being said, I liked the main concept of the show and the ending was so real to life. But I'll be honest and say I didn't care for some of the crude material in it, but I think this show is clever. It definitely makes you think. The two main plot twists were quite fetching and drew you in. The pacing was a bit slow and I wasn't rooting for the main character, but that may have been the point. Go see their last performance, they put some good work in.

Delightfully Awkward
This show captures the essence of most post college graduates situations. I loved the realness in it. It had it's moments of real life awkward that make you cringe as an audience member, but I honestly think that's why I liked it so much. I did find myself wanting them to speak more and sing not as much...felt a bit operetta-ish. The premise of this show is great for this day and age. The music combo was flawless. The singers/actors were great! I just really longed for a song to get stuck in my head and none of them did. But I think this is exactly why fringe exists, to fine tune brilliant ideas such as this! Worth seeing the last show for sure!!
